Casa Lleo is a peaceful retreat with a private pool and terraced garden with an excellent location, just a short walk from all the cafes, bars and restaurants of the village.

The house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms offering comfortable accommodation for 6 people. On the ground floor the lounge and dinning room has satellite T.V, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is also a cloak room on the lower level. A door opens out from the kitchen on to the stone staircase that climbs through the different levels of terracing in the garden. All the bedrooms are on the first floor; there`s a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms that share the other bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The top floor of the house is taken up by the beautifully designed sun terrace and swimmingpool, which has breath-taking views over the rooftops of Pollensa`s houses. There`s also a patio area with seats and sun loungers plus a covered built-in barbecue area.
The property is just a few minutes walking distance from Pollensa`s marquet square, and the beaches of Puerto Pollenca are just a ten minutes drive away.
