Rosa Cala Petit is a modern villa with an attractive colourful summer façade, and is ideally located for easy access to the two sandy coves and some excellent restaurants all within a few minutes´ walking distance. The bustling town of Puerto Pollensa and Romanesque Pollensa are equal distance only five minutes´ drive away. For walking enthusiasts, you can walk across the mountains and down to Puerto Pollensa.

On entering there is a spacious living/dining room with a central dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD, Satellite TV and sliding doors to the poolside terraces. The bright and airy well fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, and gas hob and side door to the pool. One very attractive double bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobes has an adjacent marble full bath/shower room.
Upstairs is a small landing area with direct access to the upper sun terrace with mountain views. Two twin bedrooms, with side door to the sun terrace, share the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside and to the rear of the villa is a small terrace with a laundry room, housing the washing machine.

Trimmed hedges surround the small front gardens and mosaic tiled swimming pool with child friendly corner steps and ample sun-terraces, comfortably furnished with relaxing sun lounges and dining table.
