Villa Kika is a lovely open plan one storey house set in the desirable “La Font” area of Pollensa, around a half an hour walk to Pollensa itself. There are lovely views from the garden area to the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range behind Pollensa and is also only a short 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa

It is a family holiday home with a well kept garden and with the advantage of having the swimming pool area gated off from the terrace / house area. The pool itself has roman steps.

The interior of the house is traditional with stone wall features but spacious with open plan kitchen leading through to the dining / lounge area. It has a modern feel too with comfortable sofas/seating, satellite TV, DVD and CD stereo player. The kitchen has modern appliances including dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms consist of one double room, one twin room and a single room. The larger two rooms have hot and cold air conditioning, while the single is provided with a fan for warmer months. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with bath and shower and one shower room.
