This lovely rustic stone villa is lying on the slopes of the Puig de Maria hill and enjoys a magnificent scenic location. A private driveway leads to the villa and its gardens. Lots of outdoor lighting here and a built-in barbecue turn this area from a daytime sun-trap into the perfect place for eating outside on warm evenings overlooking the fantastic town of Pollensa and its famous Calvario hill.

Inside, the villa is spacious and simply furnished with tiled floors and white walls. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to the open plan dining kitchen which has a range of appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a spacious lounge with satellite television and a DVD player. There is also a shower-bathroom on this level.

The bedrooms are upstairs and they comprise of two twins (which share a bathroom and a balcony terrace that overlooks the pool and garden) and two further double bedrooms also sharing another bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

For a couple or a small group of friends, Villa Coster Moragues is a great place. The views from the lovely pool and terraces here make this an atmospheric house. And because itÂ’s also so close to the old town of Pollensa, restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are just a five-minute walk away.
