Luxurious villa in the outskirts of Pollensa village, only 2 kilometers distance from the Golf Course, 4 km from town center and 8 km from the beach of Puerto de Pollensa. The villa, set in a large plot of land of 15.700 square meters enjoys of a good privacy and it is surrounded by a beautifully well kept garden with nice views of the rural Majorcan landscape. The house of stone façade and modern interiors comprises 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering comfortable accommodation for a maximum 8 people. The layout of the house is based as follows:

Ground floor: entrance/hall, lounge- diner with a wood stove, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric oven, induction cooker and a dishwasher. Covered porch with large dining table and terraced furniture. A twin bedroom with its en-suite shower room. 2 double bedrooms en-suite.(to get access into these two bedrooms you need to climb two steps).

First Floor: Master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower) and a private balcony overlooking the garden and pool.
Basement: Wine cellar with a lot of wine, gins, whisky and liquors which are for sale for the clients.

Exterior: L-shaped swimming pool with roman steps, a wet terrace (2.5m x 8m) and a small Jacuzzi (unheated, 2.50m x 4.40m). Next to the pool there is a barbecue area with a wood stove oven, a dining area and a chill-out.
