Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.

This house is situated in a very quiet area; very close to a town call San Lorenzo des Cardessar and the city of Manacor.
San Lorenzo is an small town of 3.000 people, Manacor is a city of 40.000 people where we can find big supermarkets, hypermarkets, cinemas, Majorica Pearls, Hospital, chemists, ect… and various visits to different types of church.

The port of Manacor is call PortoCristo and is situated at just  13Km. well-founded on the XII century. Very interesting is the visit to the caves of “El Drach” and the caves of “Hams”.
