Cal Vidrier is a characteristically Mallorcan family villa just a few minutes away from the Old Town of Pollensa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with citrus trees, almond trees, olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a lovely family-sized pool here too, a sunbathing terrace and a small lawn area.

Inside, the villa is simple and practical with white walls, traditional furniture and tiled floors. In the lounge dining room there is a comfortable seating area with sofas, Satellite TV, DVD player and ornamental fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen with modern conveniences including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and an electric oven.

All the bedrooms are also on the ground level. There are two twin rooms and a double room with an en suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms are bright with white walls and tiled floors, are simply furnished, and have air conditioned. There is lots of outside space at Cal Vidrier, lovely gardens, a covered terrace and a nice pool. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and there is also a built in barbecue at the side of the house. An extra shower bathroom near the pool and terrace completes the exterior of the property.

Cal Vidrier is a lovely family villa with well thought out garden space. It is also practical for families with small children; there is a gate that closes off the house and garden from the nearby lane. Beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops are just a short drive away in the resort of Puerto Pollens and the Old Town of Pollensa.
