Villa Castelló is a small villa located just off the road to the town of Pollensa and is only around 700 metres’ walk to the historic centre with its lovely square and selection of excellent restaurants. The villa Castelló is a very comfortable two bedroom house built in traditional Mallorcan style with stone walls and a pan-tiled roof.

A covered porch leads to the one level house. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge dining area equipped with sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. A door leads straight to the kitchen which is totally equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. There is a separate laundry room where the washing machine is located. The bedrooms consist of two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The villa have internet connection.

The exterior consists of lovely shaded terraces with barbecue and the delightful swimming pool is raised with corner steps. There is plenty of space at the poolside for sunbathing.

The house is ideal for holiday makers who do not wish to use the car all the time.
